A healthy food and varied diet is important to live well.
Breakfast – which is the most important meal of the day, in the morning the body needs the right energy. Personally, I love eating a bowl of yogurt with some cereal, wild berries, banana and a little bit of honey on the top;
To drink I have an orange juice.
Lunch – I like eating cold fresh pasta with some tomatoes, mozzarella, olives and a little bit of basil.
I recommend this dish because it is fast, light and easy to prepare.
sometimes I also eat a snack like an apple or a cereal bar with chocolate.
Dinner: I usually prefer eating a dish of meat with a big salad.
